The Bulgarians are famous for their meals, and the dinner we've had at this hotel was very good, to say the least. It definitely pays off. The restaurant was nicely decorated as well and clean.
The room floor was a bit dirty. There was a slightly noticeable smell in the room, a perfume could have helped. The room was not a 4* hotel room, it was more like a 2-3* hotel room. Rooms are quite small, you get a shared balcony, the elevator and stair space are quite small too. Furniture is pretty basic, more like a 2* furniture.

The room was lovely looking and well furnished with a view, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. There were a mini bar fridge, climate control and an individual safe, which was great. - Decent staff at the reception desk, and provided a quiet atmosphere.

Staff were nice.
Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Sofia. Really enjoyed every detail about my excellent 1 night stay here. The breakfast was tasty for my taste, and the food was nice. The hotel was placed in the central location close to public transport. Plus, it was just off the tunnel and the metro line 3.

the service is good and for a single room, there is another coach there which can be used as another bed, which I recommend for double room as well.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English. We also loved the amazing restaurant and the delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center via tram lines.
That the windows were made of wood, which could be a problem during colder weather. Additionally, the AC was quite loud when it was on.

The staff was friendly and spoke English very well. They even made sure that my friends and I were given rooms next to each other. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the cappuccino. The private parking system was innovative and made me feel secure. I had a fantastic experience here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.
